Kick off meeting Oslo May 2024

In May 2024, Oslo hosted the inaugural in-person meeting for the Planet Pulse project. This significant event marked a pivotal moment for partners who had primarily collaborated online. The two-day session was a blend of introductions, presentations, and collaborative activities focused on tackling climate anxiety among youth.

Key Highlights:

Introductions and Icebreakers: Attendees from various organisations introduced themselves, setting a positive and collaborative tone.

Project Overview and Objectives: RLP presented an in-depth overview, outlining the project's aims, objectives, and target groups.

Climate Anxiety Workshop: Led by CC, this session explored personal anxieties related to climate change, fostering a deeper understanding and connection among partners.

Work Package Presentations: Each partner presented their respective work packages, sharing strategies and methodologies for effective implementation.

Quality Monitoring and Dissemination Plans: Detailed plans for project quality monitoring, evaluation, and dissemination were shared, ensuring robust project management and communication.

Group Activities and Next Steps: The team engaged in brainstorming sessions, updating the project action list with clearly defined roles and deadlines.

Social Evening:

After a productive day of collaboration and brainstorming, the team enjoyed a delightful social dinner, offering an opportunity to bond and discuss ideas in a relaxed setting. The evening ended with a refreshing dip in the water by the pier, a perfect way to unwind and celebrate the project's promising start.
