Turn climate anxiety into climate action.

Climate change is real. So is the anxiety it creates. Planet Pulse has a free online course designed to help young people cut through misinformation, build emotional resilience, and find their place in the climate movement  with confidence.

The Planet Pulse modular online course is developed by climate education specialists and grounded in real research and the lived experiences of young people across Europe. It takes an honest, evidence-based look at the climate crisis, not to overwhelm, but to equip.

The course combines scientific insight with practical tools, helping young people move from feeling stuck or anxious to feeling informed and ready to act.

Who Is It For?

Planet Pulse is designed for young people aged 16–30 who:

  • Feel overwhelmed or anxious about the climate crisis
  • Want to understand what's true and what's not in climate reporting
  • Are looking for practical ways to take meaningful action
  • Want to engage more confidently in climate conversations
No prior knowledge of climate science is required.

What Will You Learn?

The course covers three core areas:

Develop the critical thinking and digital literacy skills to identify misleading narratives and engage with credible climate
Understand climate anxiety — what causes it, how it affects young people, and evidence-based strategies for managing it constructively.
Discover practical pathways to climate engagement: from local advocacy to community dialogue, and from personal choices to collective impact.
